Bonding can work wonders for your smile. We use materials that match the shade and texture of your teeth. These materials can be bonded (glued) to your teeth to fill in gaps and cover spots or discolourations.
The material used in bonding is called composite resin. Composite resin starts as a pliable material that can be adapted to your teeth. We then shine a curing light onto the composite resin, which causes it to harden. It will be similar in strength to your own tooth enamel. It is then shaped and polished to give a natural appearance. Quite often, dental bonding can be performed without any dental freezing. Bonding is the least expensive cosmetic procedure and can usually be completed during a single dental visit.
